Terms and Conditions.
1) All paintings are original and are sold as seen.
2) All payments are made via PayPal.
3) Payment for the painting and correct postage must be made prior to dispatch of painting.
4) Upon dispatch I will provide you, via the email address provided in your PayPal order, with the An Post tracking details of the package, and a photo of the painting prior to dispatch.
5) Any damage to the painting during transit does not constitute grounds for return of painting or return of payment for painting.
6) Should you wish to return the painting you may do so within 14 days of dispatch.
7) You are responsible for the payment of return postage.
8) You must return the painting in the correct packaging to ensure it does not get damaged.
9) Refunds will be made 5 days after receipt of painting by me, as long as the painting is in the same condition as the photo taken on dispatch of the order by me.
10) Your name and postal address will remain in my PayPal account, I will not copy it into any personal electronic device or database.
11) I will keep your email address on my computer so that I can email you details of postage and if necessary returns.
12) I will not sell or otherwise distribute your email address.
13) I currently do not have a mailing list, however if in the future I create one, I will place your email address into the list and give you the option to opt out from the email list at any time.
14) I may update these Terms at anytime and without notice.
